Incomplete part numbers are the most common reason for rework in BOM RFQs. Devices within the same series often have multiple package types and temperature grades; missing suffixes can lead to quotes that don't match actual requirements.

Please complete the following five fields before submission: full model number (including suffix), package type, required quantity, target delivery date, and whether you accept substitutes. If some materials can be substituted, please indicate this to significantly shorten the overall quoting time.

For pilot production during the R&D phase, specify "small batch, breakable packaging." Suppliers will provide a more suitable solution based on the minimum pack quantity.

If the BOM contains discontinued or long-lead-time parts, notify us early to initiate alternative component screening and avoid discovering shortages after quoting.
